The tech-oligarchy can suck it.

I saw a picture once, ironically on Instagram. It was of a flyer someone had posted on a street post. The text as I remember read, “Welcome to San Francisco, now go the fuck home. No one wants you here.”

Or something to that effect.

The saddest part to me is that none of this future-vision is very interesting. Make no bones about it by admitting that you really don’t need any of these “innovations” these technogarchs are pushing on us.

But he who controls the spice, controls the universe. The spice is our attention. They bleed us dry of it, as it reaps them wealth beyond human imagination, in a system that is essentially a made up game.

It’s worth remembering that Elon Musk was created out of the benefits of apartheid. We’re all trapped in a world. But it could be different, somehow.
