Hello internet pals of music. Today’s band is not to be confused with the Vancouver / Seattle band that gave us Barracuda, The Heart was from Ottawa.
If you were to email me at my actual job address, you’d get an out of office message in response.
But I forgot to mention to anyone who receives these quaint missives (or who may have been actually looking forward to them anyway), that I’m technically still on holiday break.
This holiday break is really not a break though, because the universe-as-trickster has reminded me that planning for moments of calm is pointless, and that it’s up to us to find calm within the chaos.
So amid the Sturm und Drang, here’s an out of office reply…
