Have the strength in knowing your role in relationship with the world around you. Take responsibility in self regulation. Own up to doing better. But never punish yourself over how to improve on that, and how to evolve. I think Adrian Borland did that, and it didn’t lead him anywhere good.

So, also be kind to yourselves. There’s actually so much beauty and joy in there.
